The Resort
Meetings Consortium earns a marketing fee from the hotels based
on the business we book at their property. We are able to receive this fee
because we represent several corporations and associations and have multiple
meeting potential with hotels and resorts. OUR FEES DO NOT AFFECT OUR CLIENT'S RATES.
Does
this marketing fee affect my room rate?
No, hotels have this marketing fee built into their room rates regardless of whether or not a fee is paid.
Can
a corporation receive a marketing fee from a hotel or resort?
No, only accredited multi-management companies representing several organizations that plan meetings are eligible to receive these marketing fees from hotels and resorts.
What is the Revenue Sharing
Program?
The RMC shares with your organization a percentage of the marketing fee it earns based on the placement of your business. This amount can be used to offset the cost of your meeting.
There are never any membership fees or commitments! Simply submit your meeting/program specifications through our Web site, via fax, email or call us!
